【摘要】 以液阻型橡胶隔振器的橡胶主簧为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS和AD INA,建立了轴对称、1/4对称和完整的三维有限元模型;进行了橡胶隔振器有限元建模技术的数值试验分析,探讨了橡胶材料体积近似不可压缩特性的数值确定方法、杂交单元计算稳定性的数值判断方法、单元类型的选择(包括位移与压力节点的匹配方式及其插值函数阶次、单元积分形式等)、橡胶材料的超弹性不构关系的确定等;阐述了基于有限元方法的橡胶隔振器大变形静态弹性特性有限元分析方法。所预测的橡胶王簧的垂向静态弹性特性与实测结果吻合较好;

【Abstract】 In this paper,the large-deformation rubber mount is investigated based on axi symmetric,quarter-symmetric and three-dimensional finite element models by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS and ADINA。The analysis includes the determination of rubber incompressibility and numerical stabili-ty of hybrid element of rubber,element selections and determination of rubber constitutive law。The simulation of the rubber mount static elastic characteristic agrees well with experimental results;
